Stress Relief Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Want a rich, delicious and healthy chocolate mousse? Look no further. Our avocado chocolate mousse recipe is healthy and stress reducing. We definitely recommend it with strawberries. 😉

Makes: 4 Servings

GF | DF | VEGAN

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 tsp Mycosia's Stress Less powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp milk (we recommend almond or oat milk)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp preferred sweetener
  • ½ can of coconut cream

Method

  1. Mash avocados in a bowl.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth, add more milk as required to reach desired consistency.
  3. Best served with strawberries.
