Order tracking
All orders are shipping with tracking numbers. Check the shipping confirmation email we sent you (this should arrive in your inbox within 24 hours of order dispatch). The email will contain a tracking link.


What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know. We'll chase up the courier and get it sorted for you pronto. If in the worst case scenario they've lost it, we’ll send out a replacement using express shipping wherever it’s available or give you a full refund - whichever you prefer


How do I cancel my order?
Email info@yourgoodfoods.com.au as soon as possible. We should be able to cancel the order at no charge if it hasn't already been shipped.


Can I add items to my order after I have hit the place order/confirmation button?
