Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Cancellations:
There is a minimum 3 order for any subscription if you choose to go on a subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription before this minimum 3 order is over, there will be a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $50 or 50% the value of the remaining subscriptions (whichever is lower). Until this cancellation fee is paid, your subscription is considered active and you are responsible for any orders that are created (in accordance with your subscription).

If you wish to cancel your subscription after the 3 order minimum simply log in to your account and navigate to the subscription page or contact support at info@yourgoodfoods.com.au.

Updates:

If you want to update your subscription, you can do it at any time from your account or by contacting info@yourgoodfoods.com.au . Your order confirmation emails also have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

We are also able to temporarily pause your subscription, however any pause longer than 1 order length will be subject to a $5/month admin fee.
