Hot Chocolate is the perfect thing to have on a cold evening. Right now it's freezing cold and I'm sitting here sipping my own stress relief hot chocolate. Why not use Stress Less to make a hot chocolate? This rich cacao drink is healthy, tasty and also reduces your stress.
Makes: 1 cup of rich hot chocolate

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Stress Less powder
- 1 tsp Monk Fruit (or your favourite alternative)
- Freshly boiled water
- Milk (or your favourite alternative)
Method
- Add Stress Less powder and your preferred sweetener to a mug.
- Add freshly boiled water to fill the mug approximately 80%.
- Add your preferred milk to adjust for taste and temperature.
- Stir thoroughly.
