Stress relief brownies using Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, Ginseng and Ceremonial Cacao blend

Our stress relief brownies are scrumptious and the perfect dessert after a delicious meal. As with every recipe we have, we definitely recommend pairing it with strawberries!

Makes: 8 Servings

GF | DF | VEGAN

Ingredients

  • 2 tbps ground flaxseed
  • 6 tbps brewed coffee
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 6 tbps butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tsp Mycosia's Stress Less powder
  • 4 tbps cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp milk (we recommend almond or oat milk)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp preferred sweetener
  • ½ can of coconut cream

Method

  1. Brew your coffee and mix it with your ground flaxseed. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180C and line a square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add the melted vegan butter and coconut sugar and mix well. Add in the coffee/flaxseed mix, melted chocolate, vanilla, extract, and mix well.
  5. Sift through your flour, baking powder, salt, Stress Less and cocoa powder and mix well. 
  6. Fold in any additional chocolate chips.
  7. Transfer the mixture to the pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
