Our stress relief brownies are scrumptious and the perfect dessert after a delicious meal. As with every recipe we have, we definitely recommend pairing it with strawberries!

Ingredients
- 2 tbps ground flaxseed
- 6 tbps brewed coffee
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 cup raw sugar
- 6 tbps butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tsp Mycosia's Stress Less powder
- 4 tbps cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk (we recommend almond or oat milk)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp preferred sweetener
- ½ can of coconut cream
Method
- Brew your coffee and mix it with your ground flaxseed. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180C and line a square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the melted vegan butter and coconut sugar and mix well. Add in the coffee/flaxseed mix, melted chocolate, vanilla, extract, and mix well.
- Sift through your flour, baking powder, salt, Stress Less and cocoa powder and mix well.
- Fold in any additional chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture to the pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
